The Hotel

The Venezuelan Hotel Continental Altamira has identified the need to improve both the visual design and usability of its website and booking system. These improvements include:

  • Visual redesign of the website: Updating the graphic design to make the site more attractive and modern, aligned with the hotel's identity and improving the user's visual experience.
  • Usability optimisation: Simplified navigation and access to information so that visitors can easily find what they are looking for, whether it is information about rooms, services or promotions.
  • Improving the booking system: Restructuring of the booking system to make it more intuitive and efficient, facilitating the process of booking rooms and services. This may include interface improvements, integration of payment functionalities and simplification of booking forms.
  • Mobile adaptation: Ensure that the website and booking system are fully functional and optimised for mobile devices, allowing users to make bookings conveniently from any device.

These updates aim to offer a smoother and more pleasant user experience, increase customer satisfaction and optimise the management of reservations and hotel services.

The hotel's website is designed to maximise the booking process, highlighting it as the main priority when entering the site. It then offers a brief description of the hotel, providing visitors with a general context about its location and distinctive features.

After the introduction, the site presents a detailed section on the rooms and services available, allowing users to explore the accommodation options and amenities offered. Finally, the website culminates with a presentation of the hotel's event facilities, such as conference rooms and celebration spaces, highlighting the hotel's capabilities to host meetings and special events.

This structure ensures that visitors can easily find and access the most relevant information, from initial booking to details about services and events.

This includes the creation of style guides, colour palettes, typography and interface components, ensuring a consistent and attractive visual presentation across the platform.
